Return and Refunds
Here at, we want your shopping experience to be the best it can be. However, we realize that a small percentage of our customers may occasionally wish to return merchandise for a refund. The following explains our refund and return polices for the various merchandise and services that we offer:

Returned Orders
There are times a shipping address is provided incorrectly or items are returned to us because customs fees were not paid. We are glad to work with you on getting these to you by sending them back to the original location with an updated address, to a new location to be taken to you, or a shipping service that will then forward the order to you. The customer is expected to cover the additional shipping charges in this type of situation. If the customer would rather have a refund for their order, a restocking fee of 10% on orders with less than 100 items or 20% for orders with 100 or more items will be taken from the refund provided. We will also not return the actual cost of shipping or the processing fees associated with the order. 

Sealed Products
If you would like to return any factory-sealed merchandise that we have sent you, for any reason, simply contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Once you are given approval for the return, return the merchandise in the same condition we sent it, and we will refund your purchase price, less the shipping charges. If the return is being made due to a mistake on our end, we will also refund all shipping charges associated with the transaction. However, if an item was sent to you sealed (for example, a sealed starter deck) and you opened the item, that item can not be returned. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Due to the volatile nature of the singles market, we do not accept returns on single cards. However, there are two exceptions to this policy.

1) If a customer receives a card in a lower condition than stated, simply contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will work with you in either returning the card, refunding or offering store credit for the condition variance or exchange it if that same card is available.  If the customer is only looking for that specific condition and we do not have an alternative, we will offer a full refund and send a shipping label to have the item returned.

2) All orders are checked for accuracy before being shipped, but it is still possible for mistakes to happen. If you have accidentally received item(s) that you did not order, simply contact us. Most often, we will ask you to keep the incorrect cards/items and we will send the correct card/item to you. If a return is needed, we will often provide a shipping label or a refund for the cost it took to ship the item back to us. In the event that we can not exchange the item(s), we will issue the customer a full refund for the purchase price of that item(s).

CategoryOneGames is committed to protecting your privacy. We only use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide support and upgrades for our products. Please read on for more details about our privacy policy.

What information do we collect? How do we use it?
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, and payment information.

How does CategoryOneGames protect customer information?
We use a Secure Server for collecting personal and credit card information. The secure server layer (SSL) encrypts (scrambles) all of the information you enter before it is transmitted over the Internet and sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.

What about "cookies"?
"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. We do not use cookies to collect or store any information about visitors or customers.

Will CategoryOneGames disclose the information it collects to outside parties?
CategoryOneGames does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to companies not affiliated with CategoryOneGames. 

CategoryOneGames may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of CategoryOneGames, our users, or others. CategoryOneGames is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make shopping at as simple as possible and to enhance your overall shopping experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
